Responsibilities:

• Assist in negotiating the renewal of lease agreement and manage the tenant of the Bank’s premises
• Support in conducting market intelligence and developing marketing strategies for the selling of the Bank’s properties
• Prepare tenancy/sales related documents as well as financial and operational reports
• Compile annual budget of the Division and for the property management companies
• Coordinate and support projects in relation to the ESG initiatives of the Bank
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Building Engineering, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in property/facility management
• Sound knowledge of facilities management and banking operations
