*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) to drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions
- Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions
- Handle product listings, including uploading product information, images, and pricing updates
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on e-commerce platforms
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to online inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company competitive
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc) and marketplace management tools
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
