About The Role:

Cougar Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive / e-Commerce Executive to join our Marketing Team. This is a full-time role based in Tsuen Wan office where you will take crucial part in driving business growth of our e-Commerce field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle daily activities on e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to HKTVmall and in-house eShop.
• Manage product listing on various e-commerce platforms and content updates.
• Plan, organize and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
• Manage promotion settings, collaborate with designer to create promotion banners, product cover image, social media image, online ads, eDM etc.
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance and maximize effectiveness.
• Keep abreast with market trends and propose best practice and new technology/tools.
• Contribute to assigned ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of working experience from Food/FMCG e-commerce operation.
• Proficiency in Chinese typing and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Canva, video-editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbally and visually.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate with can-do attitude and multi-tasking mindset.
