Our Banking client is looking for Deskside Support Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to internal teams

Job Descriptions:
Provide helpdesk and technical support for end-user via phone call or by email.
Provide technical support for Microsoft software, including Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Maintain setup office PC, Mobile, Meeting Room, Phone system, Printing services, WIFI & IT related system device.
Provide mobile device support (iOS and Android) through the MDM platform.
Requirements:
At least 1 year I.T. support experience.
Knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and Windows bases applications.
Knowledge and experience of O365 site, Teams, Outlook, Intune, network printing and iPhone / iPad / MacBook devices.
Good communication with positive service attitude.
IT support / O365 / Teams / Zoom / exchange / Windows / Windows 10 / Windows 11 / Image Clone / Data Migration
