Our Banking client is looking for Deskside Support Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to internal teams

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide helpdesk and technical support for end-user via phone call or by email.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft software, including Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Maintain setup office PC, Mobile, Meeting Room, Phone system, Printing services, WIFI & IT related system device.
  • Provide mobile device support (iOS and Android) through the MDM platform.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year I.T. support experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and Windows bases applications. 
  • Knowledge and experience of O365 site, Teams, Outlook, Intune, network printing and iPhone / iPad / MacBook devices.
  • Good communication with positive service attitude.
