Responsible for leasing and marketing activities including direct tenant sourcing, negotiations, rent review and tenancy management
Develop leasing strategy to maximize portfolio’s revenue and occupancy with optimum tenant mix
Enhance and maintain strong business network with business partners, direct clients, retailers & restaurant operators, stakeholders and property agencies
Conduct market research, data analysis and presentation for company stakeholders
Perform financial analysis such as rental analysis, occupancy, actual financial performance and prepare annual budgeting exercise of the portfolios
Jobs Requirement
Degree Real Estate, Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years solid experience in retail leasing
Previous working experience in sizeable retail portfolios and strong retail business resources are preferred
Good team player, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English & Chinese) and able to work under fast-paced environment
Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Leasing Officer – Retail

工作要求
房地產、工商管理或相關學科學位;
在商舖租賃領域擁有至少5年的實際工作經驗
有大規模零售投資組合工作經驗、廣闊零售及餐飲行業人脈較佳
具備良好的團隊精神、積極進取、追求卓越及高度的責任感
優良的溝通能力(中英文書面和會話)並能夠在快節奏的環境下工作
經驗較少的求職者可被考慮為高級租務主任 – 商業
