We are seeking an innovative Creative Design Manager to lead our design team across Hong Kong and China. This role focuses on overseeing different design projects and ensuring a strong, cohesive brand identity.  You will drive creative strategy, team leadership, and AI-enhanced design workflows, while maintaining hands-on expertise for high-quality, cutting-edge visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers across Hong Kong and China
• Oversee and ensure all creative design projects align with brand identity, market trends, and consumer preferences
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline processes and elevate creative output, utilize AI-driven automation for product visualization, concept ideation, and content generation
• Assign tasks to team members, provide creative direction, and maintain high design standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales to achieve business goals
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for design-related projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Media, Multimedia Design, Advertising or a related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in creative or design leadership role, able to demonstrate strong people management skills 
• Strong creative and brainstorming capabilities
• Excellent sense of art direction, graphic design, good skills on layout presentation and artwork production
• Ability to adapt to market trends and evolving AI-driven design technologies
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Design and AI Powered tools
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different parties
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
