Provide general sales supports including invoices, reports and daily operation
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support via different sales channel
Handle customer enquiries via calls and emails
Co-ordinate with internal, warehouse, shop and customers
Assist and participate event, exhibition and activities
Provide full administrative supports including remaining data update, managing the filing system and clerical support
Handle receptionist duties of greeting guest/ candidate, answering/ transferring the phone, mailing order, courier services and provide excellent reception services to the guests
Distribute mails and parcels
Handle Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
F.5 or DSE above
Minimum 2 years Customer Service or relevant experience which in retail industry (Computer Hardware Product) field is preferred
Fluent English and Mandarin
Proficient in PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook Express
Cheerful, Well-organized, good initiative and self-motivated.
Good Interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:40 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)
