Our client is a global renown sport brand and looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for their APAC market.
What you will:
1.To be part of the brand custodian team in Asia Pacific, acting as the marketing strategy partner, planner, developer with International and Global teams for the APAC markets.
2.Accountable to relay the brand's global strategies, GTM playbooks and Localised regional strategic choices to each market.
3.To coordinate the effective planning, development, communication, execution and monitoring and tracking of strategic marketing plans & brand seasonal strategies.
4.Working efficiently in a matrix organisation and interacting with Regional Saucony Leadership team, Global Brand Marketing team, Premium partners which include (China & HK) and all APAC distributor markets and Third-party partners and their marketing teams.
5.Strong Focus on Key Cities strategies and the development and execution of digital marketing programs that drive growth and revenue goals across the digital channels in strategic markets plus preparing for growth markets.
6.Gathering, consolidating, analysing the results (KPI's) of all key initiatives to Brand and Region, sharing best practices and building a fact based marketing playbook to guide customers and partners to grow the brand.
7.Using the analysis and learnings from the strategic executions by market on an ongoing basis to build an APAC point of view to Global and being a champion for the region at the Global level to ensure relevant and consistent support from Brand.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1.Highly motivated self-starter, full of iniitiative. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2.Matrix management skills and organizational skills and time management skills to multi task and manage several markets along with reporting deadlines to Global
3.Sports marketing and grassroots marketing (especially in running is preferred)
4.Experience of Brand Marketing & branded direct to consumer in APAC region and country level in an international environment preferable
5.Bachelor's degree or Sports marketing certification or equivalent experience required (Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Strategic Thinking )
6.Likely to have 8+ years' experience including 3 years' experience at a senior level
7.Must be totally multi-cultural, with a well-balanced attitude towards all societies.
8.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally. Excellent influencing skills required, strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
9.Ability to multi-task, combining strategy and execution. Readiness to step in, roll up sleeves and get the job done when needed.
10.Multi-national company experience is essential.
11.Highly focused strong leader, driven by objectives with a proven track record on leading and executing initiatives and effective prioritization
12.Must bring strong strategic direction with a good balance of analytical and creative skills
