Project Coordinator - Design & Build

Package:

• HKD24,000 - HKD30,000, Guaranteed Double Pay, 1 Month Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Prepare related documentation, including tenders, feasibility reports, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Periodically assessing site operations, work performance, and workmanship as directed by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Structural Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Command in spoken and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
