We are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The role requires a strategic and comprehensive understanding and ability to plan and execute traditional, on- and offline marketing across the Greater and Mainland China markets. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing a holistic marketing program in Asia, targeting residential market and third-party distribution channels, to support our major growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company and sales objectives• Assist in the detail development and execution of marketing and PR initiatives across various channels in Hong Kong and Mainland China;
Identify and assist in establishing strategic partnerships with third-party distribution channels, particularly in Mainland China Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with distribution goals and objectives;
Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in third-party distribution marketing in Mainland China;
Oversee the collection development process &Generate product marketing materials;
Ensure proper brand presentation across all channels and media;
Utilise digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive targeted traffic and generate sales leads;
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies and channels;
Gather and analyse data on market performance, customer behaviour, and sales trends;
Create visually compelling graphics, including invitations, communications materials, and other marketing collateral;
Conceptualise and produce videos, reels, and multimedia content to showcase Tai Ping products and brand story;
Manage the online store and company website (regional related content), Trademark and infringement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation, preferably in the luxury consumer goods, lifestyle and arts, or interior design and architect industry;
Exposure in Mainland China market and experience in luxury furnishing/ furniture brand is a plus;
Experience or knowledge with data mining techniques, big data analytics and lead generation strategies;
Experience with digital marketing platforms, such as SEO, social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools;
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and multimedia/ video editing software;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to conceptualize and develop engaging graphics, videos, reels, and multimedia content;
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Flexibility to travel for events or meetings as required;
For candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
