Our client, a well-established minerals trading company (MNC) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
Review and interact with our ferroalloy plant for the production quantity and allocation of our own products sales to different regions;
Support in sourcing of raw materials from China;
Coordinate sales and purchase activities with customers, suppliers and overseas subsidiary offices, including making sales offers, price negotiation, preparing sales & purchase contracts and executing contractual requirements;
Prepare sales/purchase related reports;
Maintain and update Customers and Suppliers Assessment database;
Maintain proper filing for all sales and purchase contracts and other related documents.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in International Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and verbal);
5 years working experiences in international trading business and with experiences in raw materials (ferrous /non-ferrous metals) or commodity trading;
Good understanding on INCOTERMS and Payment Terms that commonly used in international trade;
Good communication skill, good team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
