Role Overview

We are seeking experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will drive the enhancement and continuous improvement of our ERP system, accelerate our learning curve, and provide hands-on training to our internal development team. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring successful implementation, customization, and maintenance of the ERP solution to meet the evolving business needs.

Responsibilities 

• Provide technical leadership to the Epicor development team, mentoring members and enforcing coding best practices.
• Drive system enhancements through the design, development, and customization of Epicor ERP modules for finance, supply chain, and production.
• Collaborate with team leads and key stakeholders to convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Facilitate hands-on training and effective knowledge transfer to internal developers while coordinating with external Epicor consultants.
• Proactively monitor system performance and maintain up-to-date, comprehensive documentation.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years in software development with extensive hands-on experience in Epicor ERP customization, integration, and development.
• Proven leadership in managing technical projects, especially ERP implementations.
• Proficiency with ERP platform, C#, .NET framework, XML, EDI, API, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Preferred: Epicor certification and prior experience with strategic ERP rollouts and technical training initiatives.

Location

The position will require travel to our various sites in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Cambodia, and Bangladesh.
