Day & night shift rotation every 2 weeks (Night Shift Allowance provided)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Air Export documentation, e.g. MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, licenses, declaration & debit notes etc.
• Coordinate & follow up shipments with internal departments, overseas partner, carrier and other parties concerned.
• Rate, route and facilitate the movement of shipments with the service standards requested by customers.

Requirements:

• Form 5/ HKDSE or above
• 1-3 years working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Well-organized and attentive to details 
• Basic computer knowledge to perform data entry, handle email routine and access to intranets
• Preferably holder of a valid Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate and have knowledge of HK Customs regulation
• Willing to work on day & night shift rotation every 2 weeks (night shift allowance provided)
