崗位職責：

1、 開展直保業務的承保審核、定價分析、風險評估、責任累積控制工作。
2、 協助直保業務的市場拓展工作，包括提供業務指導與技術支持等。
3、 開展新產品開發，包括條款設計與費率厘定等。
4、 開展保險產品管理，包括條款修訂、費率調整、在售產品管理等。
5、 完成領導交辦的其他相關工作任務。

任職資格：
1、 全日制本科及以上學歷，保險、金融、精算或理工科類相關專業。
2、 具有港澳地區一般保險業務承保報價崗工作經驗者優先。
3、 具有CII、ANZIIF等保險行業專業資格者優先。
4、 具有嚴謹的邏輯思維能力、良好的文字表達能力、較強的溝通能力及一定抗壓能力，有團隊意識及合作精神，有進取心。
5、 具有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct underwriting review, pricing analysis, risk assessment, and accumulation control for direct insurance business.
2. Assist in the market expansion of direct insurance business, including providing business guidance and technical support.
3. Participate in new product development, including policy design and rate determination.
4. Manage insurance products, including policy revisions, rate adjustments, and in-force product management.
5. Complete other related tasks assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in insurance, finance, actuarial science, or related Science/Technology/Engineering major.
2. Prior experience in underwriting and quotation roles for general insurance business in Hong Kong and Macau is preferred.
3. Possession of professional qualifications such as CII or ANZIIF is preferred.
4. Strong logical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team-oriented, cooperative, and proactive.
5. Proficient in English reading, and writing.
