Job Summary:
The Group Strategy Manager/Assistant Manager is a strategic and dynamic position responsible for assisting the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in shaping and executing the Group’s overall strategic direction.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in HK, China, Cambodia and Bangladesh to drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-subsidiary projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and partners, facilitating clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in conceiving, specifying, and validating the manufacturing processes for new products and projects, ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, cost, safety, and environmental constraints.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as supply chain, production, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure alignment and support for factory goals.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives for senior management review.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or equivalent, with over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in handbags, leatherware, or garments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated capacity to manage and organize multiple complex technical projects, with familiarity in the manufacturing operations of large-scale production.
Willingness to travel to China/ Cambodia /Bangladesh offices in the next 2-3 years.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken and written).
