Responsibilities:

• handle export/import shipping documents, customs declaration, answer customers' enquiries, clerical duties, etc.
• liase with customers, overseas offices and internal parties
• assist ad hoc assignment

  Requirements:

• Form 5/DSE graduate or above with computer knowledge
• with 1-2 years experience in shipping field, experience in liner or forwarder will be advantage
• willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• nice telephone and counter services manner
• good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
