About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Medialink Entertainment Limited in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless operations.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including manage product lists, follow up the orders, communication with clients (Hong Kong and Asia)
• Handle sales pipeline & report to manager
• Processing sales orders and invoices by inputting data into system accurately
• Manage the inventory system
• Handle general clerical work
• Assist in manage and participate the sales events and activities, including preparation and operation
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge in sales order processing is preferred
• Experience in inventory system will be an advantage
• Understand of full Supply Chain operation is an advantage
• Passion in Japanese anime will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
