The Solutions Future Leader Program will be a 2-year long program.

Beyond providing growth opportunities for our trainees, our program aims to cultivate professional talents who can introduce Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, AGV and ESG into DSV Solutions .

The Program will be:

• A 2-year long trainee program
• Involve internal job rotations across different departments, as well as overseas & Greater Bay Area assignments
• Well-rounded on-the-job and theoretical training 
• Practical projects to apply all that is learnt in real situations and start having an impact
• Mentorship support to help trainees navigate their journey at DSV and shape their future careers

Timeline:

• Application Deadline: April 15, 2025 
• Selection & Interview Process: April 16, 2025 – May 30, 2025 
• Commencement Date: July 2, 2025

What We Expect from the Participant:

• A genuine interest in developing a career in Logistics and integrating the latest innovation and learning in their work
• Graduated from a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain etc
• Fresh graduates preferred, or some work experience preferred in the logistic industry less than 1 year
• Internationally minded and willing to travel for short and long-time durations
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment, where being proactive is key
• Excellent communications skills and a gift for problem solving
• Continuously explore new AI solutions and technologies, staying up to date with logistic trends and assessing their potential impact on our operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective AI solutions
• Ability to work across the organization and engage with different stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effortlessly in English
• Analytical and able to think out of the box
