• Degree holder in relevant construction field or equivalent
• 5-10 years experience in management, budgetary control, planning and programming of fitout / refurbishment contracts
• Ability to foster team spirit and resolve issues independently
• Must be able to lead a team of construction professionals
• For A&A position must have extensive experience of renovation projects including BD
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
