Responsibilities :

1. Handling customer inquiries related to Food Contact Material, creating test plans, and managing projects.
2. Reviewing and validating test results and reports.
3. Providing both internal and external technical support.
4. Assisting the manager in the development of new services and capabilities.
5. Completing assignments delegated by the team leader and manager.
6. Delivering internal and external technical training sessions, seminars, and webinars.

Requirements:

1.  Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
2.  A minimum of 3 years of experience in the chemical field related to FCM testing or report issuance, with a thorough understanding of global FCM regulations and standards, especially those applicable in the EU, AU, US, and Canada markets.
3.  Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
4.  Proficient in written and spoken English.
