Project Executive (IT Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Infrastructure Manager in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with a team of over 20 engineers and team leaders to ensure project success.
• Prepare high-quality project documentation, test reports, and various project plans.
• Facilitate team collaboration, track project progress, and assist in resolving issues.
• Maintain and update the project management dashboard, generating concise summary reports.
• Contribute to project risk management by identifying and addressing potential issues.

Requirements:

• Strong listening skills in Cantonese (primarily), with proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Proven ability to produce clear and professional English documentation.
• Competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess strong practical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• A university degree and IT-related experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
