BIM Co-ordinator  (Building Works in Western, Southern and Lantau District)

Joab Duties

• Coordinate and assist in BIM implementation by managing all BIM deliverables.

• Responsible for technical project drawings and maintaining or amending BIM models to ensure the quality of the created model is suitable for construction work.

• Responsible for creating and updating the building information model based on the updated information.

• Provide technical support for internal engineers or other BIM users.

Requirements :

The minimum qualification requirements of BIM Co-ordination shall be as follows;

 - shall have a minimum of 3 years related construction project experience; and 

 - shall have a minimum of 1 years practical experience in BIM project.
