Company Secretary Administrative Assistant (Offshore Team, up to 23k)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent Company Secretarial Assistant to join the Offshore Team at a reputable corporate services. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the company secretarial function and contributing to the overall success of the team.
What you'll be doing
Assisting in company secretarial support to offshore companies
Maintaining statutory records and preparing board and shareholder documents
Assisting with company incorporations, registrations, and regulatory filings
Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, banks, and government authorities
Conducting research and analysis to support the team's work
Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
0-2 years of experience in a company secretarial or corporate services role, preferably within an offshore environment
A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A relevant degree or professional qualification in company secretarial studies or a related field
