About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent Company Secretarial Assistant to join the Offshore Team at a reputable corporate services. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the company secretarial function and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in company secretarial support to offshore companies
  • Maintaining statutory records and preparing board and shareholder documents
  • Assisting with company incorporations, registrations, and regulatory filings
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, banks, and government authorities
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the team's work
  • Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in a company secretarial or corporate services role, preferably within an offshore environment
  • A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in company secretarial studies or a related field
