Maintenance Support Officer (Building Works in Western, Southern and Lantau District)

Job Duties
Responsible for a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialize
Monitor maintenance contractors’ performance, review operation & maintenance practices and supporting safety & quality issues
Analyse system & equipment performance, conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions

Requirements :

At Hong Kong Bachelor 's Degree or equivalent;
At least 2 year's relevant post-degree experience in the office administration or public relations field;
(i) Level 2 or equivalent or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or
(ii) Grade D or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination, or equivalent;
Good knowledge on the use of word processing, date processing, and presentation software; and 
Preference will be given those who have experience in providing customer services or answering enquiries.
