KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily accounting duties of accounts receivable which including data input, voucher preparation, filing, etc.
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
• Manage full set of accounts of fellow subsidiaries and assist in statutory audit.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing including prepare reconciliation and schedules.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma in accounting or any related discipline.
• Preferable 3 - 4 years working experiences.
• Familiar with Oracle accounting software is preferred.
• Previous working experience in a state-owned enterprise is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, willing to learn, well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Well versed in MS Excel with hands-on experience on accounting software. 
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred.
