Job duties
1) Liaise with the clients and internal parties in respect of materials, drawings, technical problems, and payment issues to ensure smooth running of the project.
2) Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
3) Monitor the work progress of the project and resolve the problems arise during and after the course of project
4) Prepare project materials procurement requirements including member sizes, quantity, material standards, delivery time and inspection in accordance with the progress of the project and BOM requirements.
5) Strong interpersonal skill with different parties and able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers.
Requirement
1) Higher Diploma.
2) Minimum one years of relevant work experience.
3) Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
4) Good computer literacy, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
5) Willing to learn, self-motivated and responsible.
6) Fresh graduates will also be considered.
7) Alternative Saturday work.
