Responsibilities

•     Responsible for supervising on Engineering Project which includes Cabling, telecom equipment and antenna installation, Electrical Works, MVAC works and minor civil works on designated premise.

•     Coordinating and preparations of all kinds of technical submissions/reports to clients and to Building Department or EMSD if necessary.

•     Preparation of work schedule and monitor the progress.

•     Participating in tender/quotation process i.e. study tender documents, making brief to internal teams / contractors, documents preparation, submission and review.

•     Liaise with clients and maintain cordial relationship.

•     Work out a workable plan with Client and describe scope of work to Foreman for project implementation.

•     Preparation of project document, engineering drawing and submission

•     Manage data over various modes of communication, design and install equipment, evaluate system performance, monitor network traffic and resolve network issues.

Requirements:

•     Diploma in Engineering, Building service or civil work related major are preferred.

•     Education background in telecom or engineering is preferred.

•     At least 5 years Experience in mobile/telecom industry is an advantage.

•     Knowledge of engineering drawing is preferred

•    Good coordination and communication skills

•    Technically Competent Person (TCP) T1 to T3 (Minor Works) Certificate or have experience as a Former Authorized Signatory (AS) will be an advantage.

•   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
