About us:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Executive plays a key role in supporting end-to-end logistics operations, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination. This role ensures seamless execution of shipments, assists in cost control efforts, and contributes to process optimization for efficient and cost-effective supply chain management. Additionally, the role provides administrative and operational support for gallery exhibitions and events.

 

Key Responsibilities

1️. Inventory & Supplier Management

  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels across Group entities ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy.
  • Support supplier coordination to ensure timely replenishment and efficient stock movement.

2️. Logistics Coordination & Cost Control Support

  • Assist in scheduling shipments and managing overseas orders with logistics providers.
  • Communicate with suppliers and warehouses to track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve logistical issues.
  • Support cost-control initiatives by gathering pricing data and assisting in supplier negotiations.

3️. Process Optimization & Technology Support

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier transactions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing/updating tracking tools and logistics software to enhance visibility and reporting.

4️. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Supply Chain Manager, including documentation, reporting, and supplier correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office and gallery space to support logistics operations.
  • Manage mail handling, parcel shipments, and corporate gifting logistics.

5️. Exhibition & Event Logistics

  • Support onsite coordination for exhibition installations and deinstallations, ensuring smooth logistics execution.
  • Assist during events, including setup, breakdown, and operational logistics, sometimes requiring hands-on work

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • 2 years working experience (fresh graduates are welcoming to apply) 
  • Good analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
  • Adaptable, outgoing, team spirit, self-motivated, good communication skill and independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
