Job Responsibilities 職責內容：

• Deal with customers independently    需獨立接洽客人
• Responsible for organizing and completing the interior design projects   負責組織及完成全套室內設計項目
• Coordinate the meetings between the Construction & Furniture Team, contractors, customers and suppliers      協調公司工程及傢俬生產團隊、客戶及承辦商作階段會議。
• Handle drawing works such as construction drawings, perspective drawings, electrical drawings and technical drawings etc.    處理圖則工作 - 施工圖、透視圖及燈電圖等
• Must working on Saturdays/Sundays and holidays to meet customer(s) at shop   星期六/日及假日需在門市見客
• Immediate available is an advantage    能即時上班優先

Job Requirement 入職要求：

• Graduated in relevant disciplines, Advanced Diploma or above   相關學科畢業，高級文憑或以上
• 3+ years residential design and decoration experience. Familiar with the construction and decoration process    3年或以上住宅設計及裝修經驗，熟悉整個施工流程
• Familiar with interior design and furniture drawings   熟悉室內設計、工程及傢俬施工圖
• Proficient in works’ software: SketchUp、AutoCAD、VRAY、ILLUSTRATOR   純熟操作相關工作軟件：SketchUp、AutoCAD、VRAY、ILLUSTRATOR
• Good design concept and expression skills, willing to communicate with customers and team   良好的設計理念及表達能力，樂於與客人以及團隊溝通和交流
