Creative Design Manager 

We are seeking a Creative Design Manager to oversee the visual appearance of our projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s creative vision and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to develop innovative concepts and ideas.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all project elements.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the advertising industry.
• Create digital marketing materials, including the creation of graphics and content, UX/UI, videos for social media channels, and AI animation & motion pictures. 
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and videographers.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communication Design/ Multimedia Design/ or related disciplines 
• Minimum of 7 years of design experience in the related field. Experience in Project Management is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to generate original ideas.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI software, etc.
• Keen eye for detail and aesthetic quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
