Responsibilities:
Handle general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
Supervise 3 cleaners, office and apartment management
Handle and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
Manage office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable company.
Good telephone manners and communication skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Immediate available will be an advantage.
