Founded in 2008, Hong Kong Wine Vault is one of the largest fine wine trading and storage companies in the city. Our four cellar locations cover a total floor space of 120,000 sq.ft., serving many wine collectors and wine investors in Hong Kong, China and the South East Asia. Our online shop carries over 6,000 different wine labels at competitive prices. Following our expansion into a new office space, we would like to invite a high calibre candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing, pricing and preparing promotions
• Support sales team on their sourcing requests 
• Coordinate shipment status, delivery schedules and other administrative support

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine wine industry
• Strong numerical and analytical sense, as well as proficient in MS Excel 
• Good knowledge of Bordeaux and Burgundy fine wines A MUST
• Good command of written and spoken English
