About the role

Company Registration & Business Services Limited, a leading provider of professional services, is seeking an exceptional Accounts Officer or Senior Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team in Tsim Sha Tsui. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and growth of our esteemed organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Providing support in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial tasks
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the accounting field, preferably in the professional services industry
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory requirements for the accounting and financial services industry
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as HKICPA or ACCA, would be an advantage
