Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to the Supervisor or his delegates for the supervision of the construction works and carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Building Services Inspector team as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook published by ArchSD which is available for inspection at Project Manager’s office with prior appointment during normal office hours.
• Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer's Requirements, ArchSD's General Specifications, the Site Administration Handbook and other documents as specified by the Project Manager or his delegates.
• Supervise the BS/EM works. Monitor labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Higher Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and have attained the language proficiency requirements of ‘level 2’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); together with at least three (3) years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation.
• Shall have attended the following safety training

1. Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;
2. Basic Accident Prevention Course;
3. Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
4. Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
