Attend to helpdesk phone calls and call registration into helpdesk system;
Create and maintain Helpdesk analysis report and records;
Perform daily system operations – include batch job submission, data backup, etc.;
Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers;
Administer / monitor system (data centre facilities, networks, IT systems, etc.);
Assist Data Centre Supervisor and System/Network Engineer with problem diagnosis;
Co-ordinate with internal team / vendor to follow up and fix problem, including internal / external incident and problem escalation
Requirements:
1 year working experience in computer and data network operations
Experience in hotline / data centre operations and support; in telecommunication industry, Data Centre or Helpdesk are definite advantage
Candidates are required to work in shift, good phone manner and attitude is essential
Fresh graduate will also be considered
