My clients are looking for System Analyst or Analyst Programmer to join their team.

System Analyst - Java / Springboot / Oracle

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Solution Architect in designing and architect application solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure. 
2. Coordinate pre-sales activities such as presentation and proposal writing, propose system-level architecture and designs, and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions as needed. 
3. Evaluate the technical, cost, and schedule implications resulting from architectural and design changes; identify significant risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and endorse these changes during implementation. 
4. Ensure solutions align with the organization's technical and business goals, as well as government regulations and standards. 
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 
6. Assist in the implementation and integration of solutions, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture and application development. 
3. Proven experience in handling government tenders and delivering successful projects. 
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, etc. 
5. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. 
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Analyst Programmer - C# / .Net /  MSSQL

Job responsibilities:

1. Design, implement and enhance company IT Systems
2. Carry out the system configuration, System Acceptance Tests, system rollout, etc., and provide support to customers during the User Acceptance Tests
3. Ensure conformance of software package with user requirements
4. Perform coding according to program specifications using the proposed software
5. Prepare job control procedures for both trial and production runs
6. Performdata migration and convention

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subjects
2. Development experience in using C#, ASP, .Net, MSSQL, SQL, Docker etc.
3. Knowledge in Vue Js, Node Js, React Js would be an advantage
4. Experience in troubleshooting software issues
