Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international sales teams and internal departments to manage partnerships with Carrier partners
• Prepare and evaluate business and performance reports, covering revenue, billing, and key business indicators.
• Assist in developing and enhancing strategic partnerships, tracking service quality, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Manage customer account lists and prepare relevant reports 
• Support various business initiatives and provide operational assistance when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years or up of experience in business operations in sizable company 
• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Experience in project management within the telecom sector is an advantage.
• Occasional travel required
