Job Description:

• Accountable for product development and product management of business networking and ICT services. 
• Evaluate technology trends, customer feedback, market norms and competitive activities to formulate product development & enhancement plan
• Design and develop Data Network Services (including MPLS-VPN, SDN, SD-WAN, Metro-Ethernet, DWDM Data Center Interconnect, Passive Optical Networks), Broadband Internet, Managed Network Services, Next Generation Voice & Unified Communications (UC) Services, Messaging, Web & Video Conferencing Services, etc. with HGC in-house resources or by working with external vendor partners
• Lead a team to develop and manage end-to-end service delivery logistics for new product roll-out, including platform, process, skills and tools (e.g. Platform, OSS/BSS Systems, Service Provisioning process, Operations, Maintenance & Management process, Customer Service, Billing, Sales / Pre-sales / Operations staff training)
• Work with Corporate, Enterprise and International Business Units Sales & Marketing teams to launch new products and manage life-cycle of existing products (including product enhancement and product exits).
• Accountable for business key performance indicators (KPI’s), including financial KPI’s (customer demand, revenue, costs, EBITDA), and service quality KPI’s

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in ICT or Telecom industry, with at least 4 years in management position leading product development or product management teams.
• Hands-on experience in formulation and implementation of business plans to penetrate target market segments
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Voice, IP-Telephony, Unified Communications, Data Networking (MPLS-VPN / SDN / SD-WAN), Managed Security (Anti-DDOS, Managed Firewall, SASE), Broadband Internet, etc. preferred.
