Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all callers’ enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and professional manner.
• Act as the first point of contact in the Hotel and be proficient in all aspects of emergency procedures.
• Respond and log guest requests in our system. Maintain effective communications with the team and other departments.
• Assist with our Mobile Service App.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
• Guest Oriented, detail-minded and a team player
