Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to network infrasturcture (installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance)
• Assist in implementing network infrastructure such as switch, firewall and router
• Support the regular backup and disaster recovery
• Provide regular reports on system health, security and performance
• Provide urgent support (Phone call) in non-working hour if necessary

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in network administration support or related fields
• Hands on experience on Windows, Linux, SAN Storage and backup solution
• Knowledge of Linux, VMware, web server and Database server
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
