Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Respond to emails and enquiries from guests
- Handle restaurant reservations and guest coordination
- Prepare restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in F&B industry are preferred
- Outgoing and energetic personality, self-initiative, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in SevenRooms (reservation systems) will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken English & Chinese will be an advantage
- Immediate available is preferable
