• To coordinate, supervise, check, monitor quality control of the daily repair, operations and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system, plants, installation, contract works, and reinstatement work.
• To supervise a team of multi-disciplinary technicians to carry out routine repair and maintenance work.
• To assist in taking over the new development project if any and pprepare defects list.-To control records of tool, equipment, spare parts, material and keep stock.
• To initiate parts and materials request and purchase.
• To control and prepare repair / maintenance work order and record in log book.
• To prepare monthly maintenance record and carry out regular stocktaking.
• To prepare duty and typhoon roster.
• To attend emergency repair and carry out contingency plan.
• To perform duty roster and attend specific work as scheduled.
• To perform any works as delegated.

Education/Qualification

• Holder of a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship is advantage.
• Craft Certificate in or related Engineering disciplines is preferable.
• Holder of a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferable

Experience

• At least 5 years of work experience in operation and maintenance in building, installation and T&C works. (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor)

Knowledge and Skills

• Operation and PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD will be advantage.

Language

• Command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Personal Attributes

• Good interpersonal / communications skills, hard working and self-motivated.
• Hands-on experience in problem solving and emergency repair.
• Service oriented with strong senses of responsibility.
• Has ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
