Provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors in Grade A shopping mall and office tower
Handle general enquiries and complaints of shoppers and tenants
Ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centres and Hotline Service
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
Proficiency in MS Office computer skills
