Our client, a Chinese based sizable company is now seeking for a candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Report to a HR Director in Mainland China and supervise a small team in Hong Kong.
• Manage the full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, C&B and employee relations in Hong Kong only.
• Act as a strategic business partner to provide expert advice on HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• Partner with business units to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management level or similar strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Hong Kong.
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
• Experience working in a Chinese based company or large-scale organization is preferred.
