Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the workplace.
• Motivate the team to reach organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement a timeline for meeting targets.
• Delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Ensure that team members are trained to maximize their potential.
• Empower team members with skills to build confidence, product knowledge and communication skills.
• Perform quarterly performance reviews

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma holder in business management or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of business goals and standard for customer service
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple offices and encourage the co-workers to do the same.
• Experience organizing training initiative for departments within the company
• Experience in developing team strength and improving weaknesses
• Experience in team leadership is preferred
• Good PC skills especially in MS excel.
• Good time management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Immediately available is an advantage
