Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
• Clearly explain the registration process and any necessary documentation.
• Assist customers in using cash dispenser machines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
• Answer customers general inquiries or re-direct them to Customer Service Representatives or Team Leaders
• Engage with potential customers and provide detailed information about the products or services being promoted.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above with customer services working experience in relevant field, e.g. retail, hotel, catering or airline industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good customer service skills along with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-initiative, positive, commercial and good time management.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience can apply for the position of Team Leader.
