The incumbent will be offered 1-Year renewable contract (Secondment) to provide operation support to the data center.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily operation of the data center
• Monitor the network and system availability
• Provide technical support to scheduled / non-scheduled activities such as health checking, network equipment installation and configuration etc
• Ensure information is well-delivered to helpdesk and all related parties
• Prepare service/operation report

Requirement

• Higher Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years' IT related experience
• Experience in server or network components operation and support will be an advantage
• Familiar with the environment of data center is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work on shift (7x24)
