Job description:

• Product Development and Innovation:

1. Participate in new product R&D projects, managing the entire process from concept development to product realization;
2. Propose innovative product concepts and design solutions based on market demand and company strategy;
3. Conduct feasibility studies using professional knowledge and technical expertise

• Technical Research and Application:

1. Track industry trends in technology and explore the potential application of new technologies within business contexts;
2. Regularly collect and analyze relevant technical information to provide reference support for corporate innovation initiatives;
3. Integrate emerging technologies into product development processes to enhance performance, quality, and competitiveness.

• Design and Development:

1. Responsible for product design and oversee implementation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Testing and Optimization:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for new products including functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing, etc.
2. Collect and analyze test data to identify issues promptly and propose optimization solutions;
3. Continuously improve product design and manufacturing processes to enhance stability and reliability;
4. Debug technical issues based on test results and refine algorithms to optimize software performance.

Job requirements:

• Possess a bachelor degree or above qualification in a science, technology, engineering and mathematics related discipline by either a local university or a well-recognized non-local institution;
• Practical experience in software development and design;
• Proficiency with common operating system commands on Linux/Windows environments;
• Experience in open-source frameworks such as SSM (Spring MVC + Spring + MyBatis), Spring Boot and Spring Cloud;
• Hands-on familiarity with technologies like Zookeeper, Redis, or Hadoop in application projects is preferrable;
• Strong ability to learn quickly, analyze problems, and solve complex challenges independently;
• Conversational in Chinese and English (Both written and verbal).
