Responsibilities

• Facilitate the recruitment & selection process for branch positions
• Facilitate the training schedule and inform concerned participants of branches and department staff for relevant training courses
• Generate the regular report
• Perform Administration task & ad hoc tasks
• Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank

Requirements

• University graduates preferred
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in recruitment & administration operations, preferably gained in financial services industry
• Sound Knowledge of staff planning related issues;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and well-organized;
• Conversant with MS Office applications;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
