Job Responsibilities:

• Promote high-quality products.
• Prepare sales quotations and reports.
• Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, and designers to achieve sales targets and maintain good relationships.
• Assist the Senior Sales Manager in all sales and marketing activities, including conducting cold calls and preparing for seminars and exhibitions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve business goals.
• Conduct site visits and work outside the office as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year experience.
• Possesses keen sales and marketing awareness
• Responsible, detail- minded, cheerful, fast learner, able to work under pressure
• Must be good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge e.g.MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediately available is highly preferred
